When will my order arrive?

What is the return policy for Google devices?
You can return most items within 15 calendar days of receiving them. For Nest thermostats and certain other products, the window is extended to 30 days. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also use Google Pay or apply for Google Store Financing.
Do my products come with a warranty?
Yes, most Google hardware products come with a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel an order within a very short window after placement. Once the order status moves to 'Prepared for shipment' or 'Shipped,' it can no longer be canceled, and a return must be initiated instead.
